New 6 kV range diode and thyristor press-pack devices |

Poseico has developed a new range of 6kV diode and thyristor press-pack devices.
In addition to AR912 (VRRM = 5600V – IF(AV) = 645A), the new rectifier diodes are:
AR480 (VRRM = 6000V – IF(AV) = 873A)
AR580 (VRRM = 6000V – IF(AV) = 1363A)
AR680 (VRRM = 6000V – IF(AV) = 1693A)
AR690 (VRRM = 6000V – IF(AV) = 2437A)
The range of 6kV phase control thyristor has been increased and now the following devices are available:
AT480 (VDRM = VRRM = 5800V – IT(AV) = 527A)
AT681 (VDRM = VRRM = 6000V – IT(AV) = 840A)
AT980 (VDRM = VRRM = 6000V – IT(AV) = 2680A)
