APM modules are the POSEICO most powerful family of insulated two-device
modules. With their modular concept, they are available in many
configurations, among a wide choice of power diodes and thyristors.
Further on the standard series, at PCIM 2012 we will present the new
version of the special GTO/Diode module for traction application
APM200GF. Its enhanced mechanical layout can be appreciated in all the
applications where the insulating issue and the overall dimensions are a
key point.

Poseico continues in the effort of enhancing its offer of soft & fast
diodes. Those components are especially designed to be the right choice
in IGBTs', IEGTs' and GCTs' applications. Their optimum trade-off
between fastness and softness makes them able to withstand the
conditions imposed by the most modern fast switching devices.
Recently POSEICO expanded its catalogue in this area adding two new
models in the high voltage range: the completely new 4500V ARF773LT and
the renewed 6000V ARF794LT.
